Traditional ceremony which is held by people of Wonokromo, Pleret, Bantul to pray for prosperity by showing giant lemper (snack made of sticky rice), from Masjid Agung Wonokromo to balai Desa Wonokromo.

About Rebo Wekasan
Rebo wekasan ceremony is a custom ceremony, held in wonokromo village, Pleret sub district, Bantul regency. It is called Rebo wekasan or pungkasan because this ceremony is held in last Wednesday in Sapar month. It is said represent the meeting between Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono I and Kyai Faqih Usman.

Purpose when the event was held for the first time
The performance of ceremony is as thank to God and also commemorating the first kyai of wonokromo faqih Usman who capable to heal various of diseases and give his advise to the successfulness of the effort or other.

The process of the ceremony
The process of the ceremony begins with the night market for one week with the various kiosk for sell and play a game. The top moment  of the ceremony is  carnival of huge lemper that its height 2,5 m and its diameter 45 cm. Then huge lemper brought from Wonokromo mosque to Wonokromo country side hall for 2 km. in this lemper carnival started by soldier of Ngayogjakarta Hadiningrat Palace, and then an imitation huge lemper that is carried by 4 peoples and followed by lemper that its size is 10 cm and 15 cm.
Hereinafter in its behind is some artistry group like salawatan, kubrosiswo, rodat etc. After the huge lemper  reach the Countryside Hall and placed in a podium, then ceremony started and opened by committee chief continued by greeting from all functionary in governance environment. Then top moment executed with the cut of huge lemper by high functionary and also allotted  invitation guest. Gunungan also contain of various food that also distributed.

Used equipments
There are various equipments used in ceremony of Rebo Pungkasan and generally made from bamboo, for example for the place of to shoulder the lemper and gunungan. As for meaning which implied in the the lemper to remind to society that Glorious Sultan is devotee of lemper
